CA is the second largest exporter of all apples in the U.S.

CA produces 100% of the artichokes in the U.S.


Almost all of the cauliflower grown in the U.S. comes from the Salinas Valley in CA.


CA is the largest supplier of Lemons in the U.S.  They produce over 92%.


CA is the #1 provider of tomatoes to the U.S. This is over 550,000 pounds of tomatoes.
